Safety
Our priority is the safety of our teams, clients, and those who come into contact with us.
Every member of staff is inducted through our ‘mandatory 8’ training courses before going into the field. We are also driver’s licence and DBS verified as well as a variety of other training modules such as ‘face fit’, CSCS, IPAF and PASMA qualifications.
To support our people and clients we are members of the Citation network using the online platform ‘ATLAS’ giving us relative updates, fast access to a vast number of training courses and high-standard RAMS which we can share electronically with clients and employees.
Systems
We use Job logic as our management system, this gives us the ability to register enquiries, complete quotations, and deliver work with real-time visibility and live audit trails.
Other strengths are that this system allows us to set up pre-start and post-work questionnaires, communicate safety information, update a library of documentation, manage trends, and monitor costs.
ACCREDITATION
We have an adaptable approach to how we deliver our work. One of our reasons for success is how quickly we can react and support our clients.
We believe that we are unique in how we have a family business environment and values but can deliver the service levels and capabilities of much larger companies.
